How to measure
A soft tape and a well-fitting garment are all you need.

- Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural waistline, where your trousers usually sit.
- Inside leg
- Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
