Delivery

We aim to ship every order within one working day of it being placed, and deliver it to you as quickly and efficiently as we can.

United Kingdom

UK orders travel with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD. Standard delivery covers the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

International

Shipping outside the UK is charged at the rates below. Checkout calculates the exact cost for you. International orders travel with DHL or Parcelforce International / GLS: typically 4–7 working days within Europe, 7–10 for the rest of the world.

Where a destination is marked “VAT and duties included”, we prepay import taxes and duty on your behalf. VAT is added at checkout and there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Everywhere else, any duties and taxes are payable to the local authorities before delivery; the courier in your country will be in touch about payment first.
