- Eligibility
- Klarna decides which options appear at checkout, order by order. 18+, UK residents, subject to status.
- Declined payments
- If a payment doesn’t go through, the order isn’t placed — choose another method to complete it. Klarna’s approval decisions are Klarna’s own; we can’t see or change them.
- Card holds
- Some card providers place a temporary authorisation hold when you order. Your provider’s terms govern how long it lasts.
- Prices & VAT
- Prices include UK VAT. International orders may carry local taxes and duties — the Delivery page has the detail.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return your order — unworn, tags attached. We process returns within 5 working days of their arrival back with us, and your refund goes to the original payment method. Klarna then cancels any remaining payments and returns whatever you’ve already paid.

Klarna support
Klarna holds the detail of every Klarna purchase — statements, due dates, refunds in progress. The Klarna app, or klarna.com, is the quickest way to manage a payment; we can’t see or amend your Klarna account.

Where do I find my Klarna statement?
Log in to the Klarna app or at klarna.com. Every purchase is listed with its payment dates, amounts and status.
When are Pay in 3 payments taken?
The first when your order is placed, the second 30 days later, the third at 60 days. Klarna sends a reminder before each one.
I’ve returned my order — what happens to my payments?
Once your return reaches us we process it within 5 working days. Your refund goes back to the original payment method, and Klarna cancels remaining payments and refunds anything already paid. Log the return in the Klarna app to pause payments while it travels.
Why wasn’t I offered Klarna at checkout?
Availability is decided by Klarna order by order, based on their own assessment. It isn’t something we control or can see — the other payment methods are always available.
