By entering this competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Promoter
The promoter is Oscar Jacobson (UK division). This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Bobby Moore estate or any associated charities.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of Oscar Jacobson, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To receive a free entry into the competition, participants must purchase the Bobby Moore Polo – Red at full price from the official Oscar Jacobson website during the promotional period. Only purchases of this specific product will qualify for entry. Sale or discounted purchases are not eligible. Multiple qualifying purchases may result in multiple entries.
4. Competition Period
The promotion starts on 24/09/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on 06/10/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a signed Bobby Moore Polo Shirt, as worn during a recent Charity Golf Day event. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using AI-powered selection software to ensure a fair and impartial draw. The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the qualifying purchase.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within this period, another winner will be selected. The prize will be shipped within 14 days of confirmation.
8. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for the administration of this competition. We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
9. General
Oscar Jacobson reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
